Swarn Jayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojna

GRIHINI has been chosen by government under the SGSY to strengthen self help scheme in Tilda & Simga block. The main aim of this programme is to encourage the habit of saving & utilise the saved amount by them as a loan for fulfilling their needs. Around 1706 women from 56 villages have been benefited . Till now women have saved Rs. 453264000 & has multiplied it to 1352051500 by giving loan to needy. To empower women, GRIHINI trained 1697 women in 3 steps .122 women are trained in fruit processing and preservation. 480 members are involved in literacy mission. 315 members are trained in health related topics, brick making and154 members are involved in garment making (Petticoats, school uniform etc.) 84 women are trained in Phenyl, Soap Making , 62 women in agriculture & 17 women in cattle rearing.
